What are your business summits about?
A business summit is a focused Industry based business event combined with up to 6-8 pre-scheduled one-on-one business meetings per day/per person, together with conference sessions, guest speakers, leisure and networking activities, set in a 5 star resort/hotel location giving you a relaxed atmosphere to do business. The duration of which can be between 2-3 days depending on the summit.
How are the meetings scheduled and what is the selection process?
You will meet a series of pre-qualified decision makers on a one-on-one basis who have opted to meet with you or whom you have chosen to meet with all pre-scheduled via our unique internet matchmaking process called Millennium meeting scheduler. You choose the companies you prefer to meet with via the login process on our website.
Can I contact delegates prior to the event?
Yes, draft itineraries are published approximately three weeks prior to the event, giving you full contact details to facilitate your pre-scheduled business meeting preparations.
Can I arrange more meetings?
This does depends on the package you take. The average is 6-8 business meetings a day for one executive, with each meeting lasting anywhere between 30-45 minutes. Should you wish to bring more executives we can assist you in scheduling more meetings, however there will be an additional fee for this.
Where do the meetings take place?
Each meeting takes place in a fully furnished meeting room which the delegate uses for the duration of the summit.
What happens when I get to the venue?
When you arrive at the conference venue of the hotel, you will be met by our company representatives who will issue you with a registration pass and a copy of your summit itinerary.
Where do your business summits take place?
All of our business summits take place at high quality 5 star hotels and resorts throughout the World.
Are the meals included?
Yes all guests have access to soft drinks, coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner and accommodation if required throughout the summit, all of which is included in your booking fee. We only charge an additional fee if flight arrangements are required.
Will I require a company stand or corporate desk?
A corporate desk and admin services from the hotel business facilities will be provided for you at no extra cost. It is recommended you bring only a company desk signage and your corporate brochures.
What about a keynote presentation or speech from my company?
This has to be approved from our editorial dept and provided your speech is unbiased and relevant to the industry, we would welcome your editorial to make a key note presentation. The theme of which must clearly fit the agenda of the summit. There will also be a time limit on your speech, which we will advise accordingly.
